This place is just beyond amazing. Very high level of professionalism and care was given to me by Raymond Saade “ Ray” . He was friendly, no pressure, and I got the best price without any haggling. He was very helpful to answer questions, explain the options. The whole process of purchasing my new CRV was super smooth and positive . I would definitely recommend this location and their team.

I have signed a deal with this dealership on October 2020. Once the deal is done, there is no post purchase customer service, nobody responded to my emails, phone calls and follow up. They just know you till the moment you are making the deal. Pls pls and pls do not waste your time and money with this dealership they are the worst in the area, the last time I talked to their reception she promised me the dealership will call me back on Thursday. I just bought a car in December and in February started having transmission problems. We were told that it would have to be taken to Ford and after a few days received a call asking if we could take it to Ford for them. Seriously. Now we are being told it will take three weeks till we get the car back. So for three weeks we are down a car. I hope this never happens to anyone ever again. If you want to sit in the waiting area for 1 hour and 45 minutes for a simple oil change then Joe Morgan Honda is your place to go! No other services but a simple oil change and when I mentioned it had been that long to the service advisor, not even a hint of an apology.
I arrived early and decided to buy with cash. Yet it took almost 7 hours to purchase my vehicle. I was stalled and lied to about the amount of time it would take to complete my transaction. Once I left the dealership a low tire light came on and will not turn off. I called and they said to bring it to their service department without an appointment. I was staying approximately 37 miles away and didn’t have another 8 hours to wait for them to get around to fixing my problem. I would not recommend AutoNation Honda to anyone!
