Leasing my first new Honda. Came to DCH since my family has bought many vehicles from here and was hoping to work with the same salesman they used. However he has since left. RecommendedI was desperate. I needed my Honda Ridgeline for a house move and it suddenly started sounding like hell and losing power on acceleration. I called and they agreed to take a look, even though it was late in the day. Drove it in expecting the worst (manifold break? exhaust pipe hole? it's old, 2007, after all). They looked. I went to DCH Honda to lease a 2017 Honda Pilot. Our saleman, Hamad Deeb, was extremely helpful in expediting our paperwork and reviewing the specs of the car in depth. He also set up the bluetooth and other key features. He was extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable of the vehicle.
I bought a certified pre owned Honda Pilot, Manny, my salesman was beyond helpful, he went above and beyond to get me a great deal and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I had been there with a friend of mine and promised to come back to purchase my own, I was not disappointed. Manny didn't treat me like a number, he treated me like family and even ordered lunch for me because we had a long day together. DCH Paramus Honda definitely has my stamp of approval. We just purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey at Paramus Honda. Henry, Hamad and John made the entire process very simple and pleasurable. Henry and John worked on the details of the sale and Hamad gave us an overview of the car during our test drive and again when we picked up our new minivan. I acquired a Civic last Nov. 2016, and then recently a few days ago a CRV EX-L. I simply went back to Jenssy Diaz who helped me on both vehicles. His boss and sales associate helped out as well, to come up with a good choice and deal! Also, I had my first service with the Civic last month - not only were the service personnel congenial, I had a productive and brief wait, while working on my laptop in an enclosed room with wi-fi. If you have that then it is provided by a third party company, paid for by Honda corporate (each dealer is independently owned and operated).
