RecommendedGetting a new car is stressful. Getting a new car with a 3 year old toddler is EXTREMELY stressful. Hamad our wonderful saint salesperson, promptly messaged back or picked up our calls with courteous and professional manner before we made the final decision to get our new car. He worked with us for 5+ hours and never let his energy down and even went out of his way to distract our spawn while we debated the color of our car. DO NOT buy the lifetime oil change. You will be stuck going there. I arrived and was directed to the express desk. There was no line. The guy behind the desk did not acknowledge me and after a few minutes of shuffling some papers asked if he could help me. No hello, I'll be right with you, etc. after almost 2 hours of waiting I asked him when my car would be done and he said they were working on it now and would be a few more minutes. After about 15 minutes he told me the car was ready and would be brought out. Again, no sor... read more
My car was supposed to be ready and waiting outside with keys locked inside the car tonight to be picked up and was not outside. On top of that based on the report I received I don't think what was supposed to be fixed even was. I need to be driving carpools and to work first thing in the morning. The car was left there for 2 days during my jewish holiday. Unacceptable.
