Dirty. Disgusting. Rude customer service employeees. STAY AWAY!!! Arrived for HHN and checked into a dirty room with LIVE and dead ROACHES in the bathroom. Immediatly asked to change rooms. New room was dirty, smelled like after shave was spilled in the room. Panty liners stuck to bathroom door. Shower only produced SCALDING water. We didn't realize all this besides the smell until after 2am when back from HHN. First thing in morning reported to management who was rude and did not want to help or offer any compensation besid... read more

The hotel is clean and kept stocked on towels and toiletries at all times. All house keepings and other workers are friendly but could be improved. The rooms are what you pay for but the bed are super comfy. With a good size T.V and plenty of storage space including a iron and iron board. How ever as a smoker and reading it’s a smoke free hotel I was confused on how your able to smoke anywhere in the hotel apart from indoor, with this being noticed there isn’t any where to discard your cigarette. RecommendedIt’s situated well for universal, the I-ride trolley is handy for international drive. If u walk over the bridge ur at the premium outlets. The free buses are great for Disney and universal. Will definitely re-visit this hotel 💕

Absolutely amazing last min holiday for us.... hotel made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped off the coach from airport... rooms were very clean and tidy ,restaurant food was fantastic along with the hosts...... location is fantastic also.... next to Universal and Shopping Areas ,free shuttle buses to and from all the parks ...... so if your looking for hotel for any trip from 1st timers to last min breaks I highly recommend it...... thanks guys we will see you again next time 💚🏴
