My reservation was saved under the wrong name and the staff fixed it with no problem, when I showed them the paperwork. Then they gave us a room closer to where we parked so we wouldn't have to move. Excellent customer service! Great rooms! Very clean.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Stayed here for 14 nights, staff were very pleasant and really helpful. The hotel was very clean and rooms were cleaned to a very good standard. Would definitely stay here again. The great bonus with this hotel is the shuttles to the parks and it's location. Swimming area was lovely and they didn't mind what time you wanted to stay in the pool (I've been in hotels where they have closed the pool but 10pm) I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We spent 3 nights and asked to have a quiet room for our 10 years old son, and we had it without any problem. All the staff is cool, cheerful and pleasant. The room was very clean, full equiped and spacious. Very close to Universal Studios with a shuttle, everything was great ! A nice pool and a nice fitness room : stay as you are, it's perfect ! And please just say hello for us to Karim, one of the crew member who was very friendly with us during these 3 days...! �

Totally love this place and would always recommend. Only downside is parking sometimes hard to find and there's not a selection of a cooked breakfast, but this wouldn't hold me back from staying here again.
