Beware beware beware After contacting staff about money leaving my account (which they read and no reply) for items that I have no knowledge of always check your account after leaving this hotel, I had planned to return but not now could not trust them . Only small amounts taken from account but believe me will be contacting police and will take this further I have proof feel free to contact me if anyone stays here

I purchased through Hotwire got a fantastic rate really have nothing derogatory to say everything has been great. Would totally do it again literally less than a mile away from Universal. Would have appreciated a microwave and minimally a continental breakfast but can survive without it.
