RecommendedMy boyfriend and I stayed at your beautiful hotel Thursday the 4th through Sunday and we were very impressed. The rooms are clean and beautiful, the bed was very comfortable. Also the location is very convenient. We are planning to return in October for our 12 year anniversary. This past stay was for my boyfriend's birthday.

We were really impressed with cleanliness, modern look, friendly staff, and great location. Some construction in process, but did not affect our stay...loved the lighted atrium area outside for a relaxing night cap. We are definitely returning and reccomend it highly.

Great hotel that stuff is awesome the cleaning ladies are very nice and the price is great. 😊
I thought it was a great place for the price. free transportation to universal. No complimentary breakfast. But they do have a cafe that serves really good food. At a reasonable price. And the gal working did it all herself. She was excited that we tipped her well. She earned every bit of it. The decor was cool. Contemporary. The tub didn't drain well while showering. Booted from my room at 12:20pm after they extended my stay until 3pm. I asked for extra time because I had a 101 �. Had to leave $40 in groceries back in my room, sitting in the lobby with no car until my family comes to get me. Called the manager and he told his staff to boot me because he had 80 check ins coming in. Bad business practices and horrible customer service. Hotel is a remodeled run down dump.
