RecommendedWe stayed from 15th May to 29th and We had a lovely stay. Our room was very comfortable and clean and the poolside is clean with comfy loungers. The staff were all wonderful and when I asked for help getting my case down the stairs having hurt my shoulder they were happy to help me, thank you maintenance 🙂 Beds made and rooms tidy every day with fresh linen whenever needed. Our only little gripe is the rate charged for use of safe but it certainly wouldn't stop us staying again. Loved it guys thanks so much! 5 star

Thought we found a good deal, was way wrong and ripped off. My husband, two kids, and I stayed here for our Easter trip this weekend. Around 11 p.m. the phone in our room rang and woke the 7 month old and I up but hung up before I even had a chance to answer. I brushed it off and chalked it up to someone mis-dialing or kids goofing off. After about 20 minutes it rang again and woke my son once more. I picked up and "Yusef" from the front desk told me that "a neighbor said they smelt narcotics, and thats not allowed here". I ... read more

The bathtubs need grab bars I almost fell in the tub.

Cancelled my reservation when I walked in to check in saying “we’re not allowing locals to check in” even though I had a confirmed reservation and money already taken out of my account. Then told me “I don’t owe you any other explanation” completely unprofessional and ruined the entire weekend and everything planned.

Stayed here for a week in November, really good location for the theme parks and free transfers to universal studios. Also short walk to the shopping outlets. Nice spacious rooms, perfect place to stay if you plan on visiting all the attractions.
