Take money out of peoples accounts without permission.... stay clear. You have robbed me of nearly £700 . In the uk that is called fraud ... you did not have my permission to take funds from my account .... I paid Thomas cook and you know very well that you can claim you money back so therefore you have had double off me .... absolutely disgusting and what was a lovely holiday for my daughters 18th has been ruined by your hotel. I would not recommend this hotel, they have stolen over £600 from us with no notification and will not respond to any emails to refund us. We fully paid for our room through Thomas Cook, hotels were not allowed to take money from the customers, the Civil Aviation Authority provided all hotels using Thomas Cook of how to claim their money WITHOUT charging their customers. Great place to stay and walking distance to Universal. However I'm disappointed in the lack of communication from this hotel. I've commented and emailed awaiting a response. It's in regards to the hotel withdrawing money from my account 3 months after my stay which was all paid for in May 2019. I don't understand why money has been withdrawn, neither does my bank!

Stayed here 15/9 to the 22/9 , upon checking out told no charges on our room . After arriving home find out that we have been charged for the whole cost of the room as we were Thomas cook customers !! Have emailed to request a refund still no reply. Clarion Inn’s contract was with Thomas cook we already paid for the room and to charge us without invoicing is I believe to be a fraudulent transaction. We stayed here at Christmas while our home was under renovations. I found the staff to be polite, professional and the hotel was recently renovated and clean. For a budget hotel I would rate this one very high.

Returned from holiday nearly a month ago so you can imagine my shock when they took payment off my card today without any warning due to the Thomas cook issue . How is it the customers fault that you have some ridiculous agreement with a travel agent to get paid after people have left ?
