Absolutely disgusting. Came back from universal at 8 at night to find out the beds where made with dirty sheets and pillow cases

hazards in bathroom, slick tub, no grab bars,causing my DAUGHTER to fall out of the tub having to go to the hospital for shoulder injuries,, I myself couldn't stand in the tub to shower, had to brace myself between the tub side and wall to shower, both my granddaughters had the same problem, ROOM 4201

amazing staff ..great drinks..family oriented..
Wow! Once again we thoroughly loved our stay. We stayed for three weeks from 13th May - 3rd June. The staff are all so friendly, one person helped us up with our case of water without us even asking for help and Larry, the night desk man is just such an incredible person. He was always so friendly and nice, we loved talking to him at night, he really made us smile. The rooms are perfect, always cleaned really well and the grounds are lovely. We can not wait for our return visit next year.
