i had a horrible stay the room was beside hwy traffic loud all nite cancelled my reservation for next nite and instead of my charge card being credited i was charged 2 more nights and double pet fee. it took a week to get the extra charges off for the room but the pet fee that was supposed to be credited to my card was charged again 2 times $22.50 plus i was charged $40 on my billThey need to remove $22.50 n credit me $22.50 n $20 for pet fee excessive chargesIf this compa… See more
DISCUSTING. Very poorly cleaned. They made us choose between a room with a cockroach running around or one with a rotten apple under the bed. Told us to make a complaint to have a compensation, they never responded.
Just got back from the hotel. Discusting. There was cockroach in the bathroom and rotten apple under the couch. People dont go there, save your money. Very unclean. Dont go there !!! We tried contacting them to get s refund they never answered our emails.
Stayed here last year and had a really nice stay! Hoping to return in the future. Friendly staff. Daily house keeping was good. Our daughter loved having the pool right outside our room.

Nice place to stay, very close to Universal, but be careful of the bathtubs, they can be slippery when taking a shower.

Beware of theft! We stayed at this hotel this past week. At the end of every day my husband always empties his pockets and puts his spare change and anything else in them on the dresser. He does this at home and every where we go. We have never once had an issue with leaving spare change out in any hotel until we stayed at this hotel. We left for the day and there was change left on the dresser along with some other personal belongings.
