Short guy sweet experience Andrew showed me a Honda Civic I had seen online. He let me drive it and explained how the phone and Bluetooth worked. He was very pleasant to deal with!

Recall I bought a Dodge Avenger from this dealership in Wichita ks brand new in 2014. Andrew was great to work with and so we're the other guys. Overall I've had a pleasant experience with this dealership; however, when I went in for the recall on my car to be fixed the woman at the service desk was rude and not helpful at all. Then when I went to pick up my car I was not impressed at all. I usually keep cough drops, sunscreen, a comb, and my phone charger just normal stuff that most women keep in their car. Bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Tom Moore Tom did a great job with covering the features of the Jeep. He set us up for the test drive, went over the details on operating the Jeep and off we went! While we were out, the crew valued our trade. Came back after the test drive ready to make a deal. We were successful on meeting at some common ground and made the deal. I would recommend Tom to my friends and clients.

great experience with oil change. the two previous oil changes took close to 2 hours to complete. this time I talked to amy and she helped me get through very quickly. everyone was helpful and friendly.

Great car-buying experience We have bought many new cars in the past, mostly Honda's, however, we decided to check out the Jeep Cherokee and had the most helpful, knowledgeable salesperson, Thomas R. Moore. He was a very well-informed, pleasant man to work with. He made sure we were satisfied every step of the way and certainly knew all of the information about any question we asked him. I can't think of a better car buying experience than this one.

Service after a collision. Michael Peters did an excellent job dealing with our insurance company after we had issues with the radiator and engine. He went above and beyond in talking to them and then letting us know what was going on.

I could go someplace closer but go here. That may change. I haven't had any problems with the work they do it's their cleanliness. Where they checked the airbag on the passenger side there were dirty fingerprints. I went in for an oil change today and was informed I was over due for the 30K mile service, I'm at 40K now, why wasn't it brought up during the previous services? I had time and had it done. I watch other vehicles leave all nice and clean from the car wash. I see my truck is parked, no wash, the service tech came i... read more
