Making good on their offer. My husband and I went in after getting a great offer in the mail from the dealership to trade in our vehicle for a new one. The vehicle they told us we could get in the initial offer was no longer available when we went in. We were able to get a better vehicle at a comparable price. They take care of the customer....you! Bought a 2003 Jeep Liberty Limited with low miles for a fair price. First long drive it over heated. They replaced the radiator (plugged), thermostat, fluid etc....and not a problem in 11000 miles on and off road. The radio had an issue, they replaced it with another, no charge...a couple other things they took care of prior to the purchase and they put brand new tires (factory all season Goodyears) all the way around and this thing drives like a dream. Awesome service! We bought our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee last October. This spring the A/C quit working. We took it in and Matt got us a loaner. They had a hard time finding the module needed and it took several weeks. They let us have a loaner the entire time and when all was said and done, we were treated like royalty! Chrysler helped out and we are still shocked at how well we were treated! We will trade here FOREVER!!

Worth the Drive I ended up going to Davis-Moore because they had the exact Jeep I wanted. I was bummed out at first that I couldn't find what I wanted out West, because it takes me longer to drive to the East side of Wichita... However, it was definitely worth the drive! Everyone at Davis-Moore is so friendly and helpful! They were never pushy, they seemed more concerned with my happiness than making a sale. I am very glad that I went to Davis-Moore to purchase my first vehicle!

Service Dept response to voice-mail/on-line service queries I left a voice-mail message on 4/18/17 asking about the Express Lane services and received no response. Took my vehicle elsewhere for $422.85 of service. On 5/29/17 I used their on-line system to request an appointment for service regarding steering wheel vibration and loose steering response. After waiting until 4:00 PM on 5/30/17 for a response I called the Service Dept.and made an appointment for the next day. There was no indication that anyone had reviewed the ... read more
