2017 Abarth 124 Spider Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. I had several persons not even helping me just come up to chat while I was waiting. Very laid back atmosphere - no high pressure sales tactics. I had very specific requirements and Josh was right there to help me at every step of the process to find exactly the car I was looking for. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Very dissatisfied Their 10 minute oil change turned into an hour and 45 minutes and the customer service was nearly non existent. Will not be taking my vehicle back.

Personalized Experience I was dreading my first car dealership experience but the sales guys here made it comfortable, easy and enjoyable. There was never a "hard" sales-pitch and it felt like they truly wanted you to find the car that would best suit you. Evan was awesome! I cannot say I had the same feelings about the financing side of deal, he spoke very quickly and made the experience very impersonal. The exceptional service on the sales side made up for it, however.

Great Guest Service This was my first car buying experience at any dealership. I knew exactly what i wanted when i walked in the dealer which made the sales process easier. That being said, my sales agent, Aaron Mursch and sales manager Rick Schmeidler were very pleasant to work with and gave excellent guest service. Davis Moore is a great company to buy from. Friendly and helpful I came to the lot not knowing what I was looking for only what I knew I had to have as far as options. He was very helpful in showing me several vehicles until I found the one I was confident with. Even after the sale he called to see if I had any questions about the car. This is our second vehicle from this dealership. We have always found everyone to be friendly and helpful.

Great Experience, In and Out Quickly The process might have been a little easier than some as I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in the dealer, but having said that everyone was excellent from the receptionist all the way to the sales manager. My sales agent, Rich Vogt, was excellent and friendly. He answered my questions and did not rush the process in anyway. After the sale, he even helped me ferry my old car home, all the way across town! A great experience; probably the best that I've ever had buying a car.
