First time buyer at Davis Moore Recently purchased a vehicle from Davis Moore. Originally was looking at used vehicles in my price range. Andrew was extremely helpful with absolutely ZERO pressure on us to purchase. After discussing what I was looking for and my budget, Andrew was able to select a NEW Jeep for me that fit well into my budget and met the limited budget I was on. When all was said and done, I left in a brand new Jeep and my payments were almost $80 LESS per month than I was expecting.

Sales Rep Review Davis-Moore is the best place to by an automobile in Wichita. They go out of their way to ensure the customer is well taken care of. Our sales rep's name Pete ,was not only professional, but very personable as well. Everyone from the sales manager to the finance manager treated us like royalty.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER I was so upside down in my jeep i didnt think i would ever get to trade,but rich was a great salesman very helpful not pushy. We fopund the jeep i liked and than IC and Max took over to get the finacing done. Went home in my new jeep but when i arrived home phone message from the credit union not good. Than Rick and Steve got involved and between tham and IC and Max they got me and even better deal alot less intrest rate and lowered the payments alot. Chris stepped up and got our problems taken care of After having some issues with the service dept. I was contacted by Chris who explained some things that, if they had been explained earlier, would have eliminated some of the issues I had with them. Chris scheduled an appointment, we dropped off the truck and were given a rental to drive. All of the issues were taken care of under warranty and a refund was issued for a previous billing error. Service Center always takes care of me. As I was Christmas shopping, my Check Engine light came on so I drove straight to Davis-Moore Service Center without an appointment at 03:30 p.m. I explained my problem and Matt and his team did a great job of not only finding out what the problem was, but jumped through hoops to get the parts needed to get my car fixed and back to me that night before closing. Amazing buying Experience If your are in the market for a pre-owned vehicle go see Travis Bryson.at Davis-Moore!! Travis was very knowledgeable and helpful in my buying experience. Travis was not a bit pushy and helped guide me to the vehicle that fit my budget and interest. Ram 2500 Laramie purchase. Tom Moore couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. He understood what we wanted and worked very hard to get us to where we wanted to be. Price wasn't really a sticking point due to our employee discounts. So we ended up ordering a new truck. Which was the best decision. During delivery Tom showed us how to work all the new features this truck has. We then met IC in finance and Cong in Parts. Both of these guys were also very professional and very easy to deal with. Very positive experience. We were trading in two vehicles and really weren't sure what we wanted. We had been to several different dealerships (a couple of which we will NEVER go to again). Above and beyond service Evan was extremely helpful in the purchase of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I don't think I've ever had anyone do as much as he could in my history of car buying. He made it a little less stressful and reassuring. He also did all that he could to get the most out of my trade and to get it within my price range.
