Very good sales/financing/customer service Aaron was very attentive in the sales process. Knew and double checked the car information. Went above and beyond by taking car to have recall on software done while we were doing the paperwork with Max. As done with several cars we have gotten at Davis-Moore it was cleaned and gassed up. My experience was wonderful! I really did enjoy shopping for a care at this dealership. There was never any pressure to buy and Aaron was very knowledgeable about Fiats! The dealership worked with me to find the specific Fiat that I wanted and even got it from another dealership. Then even ate the cost of add ons that were on the car that we were not aware of.

Honorable customer service Over the past 4 years, I have had several experiences with Davis Moore Dodge Service. Bob Garrison, does NOT tell it how it is. My first bad experience was with a company truck. It was a battery issue and it took them 3.5 hours, after scheduling and appointment, to tell me that there was nothing that they could do for me. Grant was great! My family and I had such a positive experience at Davis-Moore Jeep with Grant Smith. He was friendly, helpful, not too pushy, and was so patient with us. I loved that he let us take the test drive on our own and did not try to force a deal on us. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he promptly found out and really worked with us to make sure we were getting what we wanted. I would highly recommend Grant as a salesman who is truly looking out for your best interest.

Very thankful Frank and Eric, amazing! In the last two days my wife and I had spent 18hrs car shopping all over the city and skirts fairing there would be a good deal. Sure, there were some good deals One thing missing behind those deals, the force that the staff at Davis-Moore holds! Best vehicle buying experience ever! I hate buying a car, from pushy salespeople, to overpriced and underwhelming vehicles. But Chelsea and Davis Moore are amazing. I've bought 2 vehicles from the dealership, and my last one was from Chelsea who was extraordinary. I normally feel completely stressed out dealing with salespeople but she made my entire family comfortable, relaxed, and happy!
