Poor customer service I purchased a one year service contract with Davis-Moore and had two visits remaining. I sold the car and took my new car in for service and a complete evaluation. I was told that my contract is non-transferable to the new car although there is nothing in the contract (invoice #541149) that spells that out. The service tech gave me Chrysler's generic phone number on a sticky note with the advice that "if I called them and bitched enough they might able to help". Great service and a cut above other big dealers I buy a lot of cars from all over, this is the ONLY place I have done repeate business at. They really give you the sense that they car about you as a costumer and your overall experience with their dealership. Everyone from the Internet sales staff, to my sales guy (Aaron Mursch) to the finance manager...they there for you. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone in Kansas. Great service department I've never been to this dealership before and I received two notices in the mail for my Jeep that said I needed to go to my local Jeep dealership to have the work done. It was a good experience. Matt was very friendly and the service dept. is very efficient. I was told it would take about 45 minutes and I was in and out in less than that time! Also, it's always nice when they offer to wash your car when you bring it in to get serviced!

Courtesy is key I came in with a few questions and also for an oil change. I must say my experience in the service department was excellent! Michael and Terrance were so courteous and helpful!

Great all around experience I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord in January with some body damage. We bought this car under the condition that it be repaired. It took a few times to get the car repaired to my satisfaction, but the sales manager, Devin, and Elaine Morrow at the Collision Center, were patient with me. Devin's instructions were to make it right and they did. Best car buying experience ever! Over the 28 years my husband and I have been married we've purchased several cars, new and used. Purchasing my used Honda Accord from Davis Moore has been the best buying experience ever. Very quick and efficient service Took the caravan in for engine light and employees were very helpful and polite. They were able to solve the issue very quickly and to our satisfaction. Will continue to depend on the great service we have always had at Davis Moore.

Tim is the best! We bought our first Charger from Tim in November 2015 and unfortunately my wife got into an accident with it. We checked the Davis Moore website and found the perfect replacement. We called Tim and he had everything taken care of for us by the time we arrived. We live 3 hours away and drove past other dealers just to come to Davis Moore and Tim. We'll continue to buy from Tim and Davis Moore for as long as they're in business.
