Didn't stand behind what should be warranty work My husband took our 2014 Dodge Avenger in because the brakes were squeaking really bad especially in reverse and it only has 28K miles on it. The tech told him that is typical for them to squeak. They didn't even back the vehicle up to hear the noise. It is NOT normal! It is so loud it's embarrassing if anyone is around. not happy with this salesperson Was put with this sales person and purchased a jeep from him. After he sent us to finance, he went to sale another vehicle. Not a big deal however after we finished he left us in limbo with no completion of the delivery. I put my own tag on and that in no way is this a challenge however "This is his job to do" seemed to ignore us and we left with our new vehicle with a VERY bad taste for not only him but the dealership. Purchase Travis was awesome through the whole car buying experience. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, didn't try to stear me into something I didn't want and made sure I knew how everything worked on the vehicle I bought before I drove it off the lot.

Engine surged when driving highway speeds I was experiencing an intermittent engine surge when operating my '99 Dakota R/T at highway speeds. The service tech was unable to duplicate condition but by using his test equipment and technical knowledge he was able to make the necessary repairs and correct the problem.

Service I took my Rubicon into the Lincoln service center today to have a bulb replaced. Daryl Futhey changed the bulb and had my car washed in 15 minutes. Service area I visit this dealership often for all my vehicle needs. I always work with Terrance in service. He is extremely helpful and a pleasure to visit with. He always goes out of his way to be helpful and remembered my name after just one visit! I highly recommend him and this dealership!

Transmission cable came unattached. The 2001 PT Cruiser was towed in. The next day they looked at it. Called to tell me the part would be in the next day. It was repaired. I believe that the work was done as well as anywhere else, but looking up costs on line. D-M was about 2 times the general price. Really sorry I was towed to the dealer rather than my usual garage.
