Great Experience I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, which always makes car buying easier, and I had a great experience with Tim and Davis-Moore. I was treated very well, all of my questions were answered and I was very happy with the value I was getting upon my purchase. Definitely recommend!

who can you trust to do things right? In march 2017, i had frontend work done on my 08 ram 1500, including front-end alignment. A noticeable uneven wear appeared on my tire. I took the truck to firestone. Not only did I have to replace the tire, but the lug nut had been stripped, so that has to be fixed. I thought Davis Moore was reputable, but I have learned from experience that this is a dream, not a reality. I will take the truck to davis-moore and have the lug nut replaced. Matt Purdy is awesome! Work with him!!! Matt is VERY friendly and will do whatever he can to make sure you are taken care of! Had a issue in the service department and he stepped in and was awesome! He made sure I felt like my Jeep was in good hands and kept me posted on how everything was going. He goes above and beyond! TOTALLY RECOMMEND WORKING WITH MATT!!!

paid for service not done two weeks ago I had transmission maintenanc service donr. 3 days ago my car started dragging and surging then stalled twice. Only to find out they hadn't touched the transmission fluid!!!I have been with davis-moore for 20 yrs. and trusted them to do what they say and what I pay for!

Check engine light Had to come in twice for check engine light but got great service both times. Matt Purdy always goes way beyond being helpful. First trip they put a new gas cap and the next trip I had to have a new fuel tank put on. Matt and the rest of the service dept. are always very friendly and helpful and they always explain everything that needs attention to my jeep and what needs done first and what can wait. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Have had to bring my Jeep back MULTIPLE times for the same reason and has been lied to multiple times, service manager has no issue with calling you a liar and making a rude comments about vichical!! Chris has not made anything easy for my family! TERRIBLE service, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
