Easily the best dealership I have dealt with. Excellent customer service with a smile every time. Purchased three vehicles and never a bad experience to be had. We had an issue with a vehicle, and Davis Moore service department was very helpful in working with our schedule to get the vehicle looked at. I have always felt like the dealership is focused on the customer and not just forcing a sale. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

About as painless as used car shopping could be. I hate shopping for a used car and was not looking forward to the ordeal. I wouldn't say the experience was fun (the only way it would have been fun is if I walked out of there in under 20 minutes with a car for half of MSRP, not going to happen) but Sean Bentz was great to work with. He was upfront about the process and knowledgeably answered my questions without 'hem-hawing' or making stuff up.
