Unfriendly Employees I have been going to this dealership for the last 17 years and when I went in today things have changed a lot. The employees were new and not very friendly. The work got done, but when I arrived to pick up my car, it had not been cleaned yet. Customer service asked if I wanted it washed and I said yes. 30 minutes later I go back out to Customer service to find my car sitting in front of Customer service and yet no one bothered to notify me. Great buying experience with Pat Blasi at Davis Moore! I recently purchased a 2013 Ram 1500 truck with just over 15,000 miles. Used to be better From a distracted employee who couldn't listen when I first called, to what sounded like an expensive tentative diagnosis of a minor issue (chose not to repair), then having to remind them to apply a bill credit from an earlier negative service experience, I'll probably look for someone and someplace else to have work done that I trust to treat me fairly and respectfully. I used to feel that I could about this agency but something has changed with how the employees interact with customers.

Great customer service The customer service at DM is great, among the best of them is Pat Blasi. He connected not only as a salesperson but as a human being and made sure I was taken care of. He often times waited out front and greeted me, which made the experience even more special.
