Unfortunately the maintenance side of the dealership is so slow that they lose out on business. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. After an hour and 45 minutes I was told it should be done in a few minutes then just needed a wash and vacuum. I told them not to bother with the wash. This was not the first time this had happened for a scheduled appointment. Also, each time I get the vehicle back the maintenance paper floor mat is left in the vehicle.
