A fair dealership that cares about it's customers. A positive experience. My service advisor, Freddie Estrada truly cares about his customers. Besides owning a 2021 Ram Big Horn, I also own a 2003 Buick LeSabre. Mr. Estrada scheduled the service on my car and the service tech did a fine job. Very satisfied.

Help! I AM CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING THE WORST CAR PURCHASE EVER! Over my lifetime, I have owned/purchased 37 vehicles. On June 17, 2025, I terminated an early lease on a beloved 2022 Charger RT+ to lease a new 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona RT Plus EV from Joey Accardi Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Pompano Beach, FL. Customers should never be a victim of add on’s after they did not agree to prior to signing paperwork. If your company puts the unwanted add on, please make sure it works as you lied to the customer. Then please call them back when they reach out. Salesman failed, General Manager failed. A company that practices bad business practices, won’t be a company that survives this Economy!!!
