So my son and I wasted 250+ miles and about 6 hours of time going to see a car that was at this stealership and supposedly ready to be bought. Took the ride out and was told the car was in for service but the salesman did get it from service to be looked at and also test driven. Cool, right? Well I thought so too. My experience with Bachman has been the most infuriating experience I’ve had with a service department. They fixed the valve covers, brakes, and more on my car, which is great. But they didn’t rectify one of the original issues, which was a P0011 code on the engine. Victor, in my opinion, wasn’t clear in his description of the work that needed to be done. Purchased a Jeep and was promised by the General Manager, Jeovanny Hidalgo-Gato, that he would personally take care of a few cosmetic issues for us free of charge. He gave us his business card and cell phone. He hasn’t returned a text, call or office call. It’s been 6 months. Will never give our business this company again.

I would put 0 star if they offer! Trade my car in 3 weeks ago. Fast and convenient scheduling. Completed service in time stated. Completed comprehensive vehicle evaluation. Scheduled repair within 7 days, received estimate signed work to be completed. Vehicle ready next day, sent a Lyft to pick me up to get vehicle, great all around service. My Dodge Ram 3500 super Duty Laramie was found its service home. Love the Dealership!
