Poor experience with new service advisor, But I'm editing my original review. I had originally posted comments related to my less than stellar experience with a new service advisor. Less than 6 hours later, the service manager called me and wanted to talk through where we had gone wrong and how the situation could be improved. A proactive response like that can go a long way toward improving a situation where the customer feels like they don't have a voice or they had an otherwise disappointing experience. Pleasant Tyree was very personable and knowledgeable about features on the cars we looked at. He asked us what we wanted to see and what would be negatives for us. We drove the first car and expressed concerns and he found us another car to address the issues. We now have a car we are very satisfied with. Max was fun to work with and answered our questions so that we understood all involved in the finance process.
