Customer oriented This was my first car buying from a dealership experience and it was a great one. The salesman (Colton Berk) was very professional and was really trying to get me the best deal and was able to show me several different models of cars he’d thought I’d like. Service Department I have used them twice in the past two months and both times they didn't fulfill my service requests. The first time they were supposed to fix my back-up camera and do an oil change. They called me a few hours later and said it was ready for pick-up and talked to me about ordering a new camera, but didn't mention the oil change.
