Great bedside manner. Spent lot of time with me and my family answering questions and listening to my concerns. Very patient, didn't rush into surgery, tried other non surgical options first. Germantown office is less crowded and friendlier staff. Phone service, front desk staff and wait times in Rockville need improvement. Also wish they had an electronic medical record that shared results and notes with my doctors office. Levin is very caring and knows about new techniques. Highly recommend.
