Dr. Levin and his amazing patient coordinator, Kristen Lemons, provided me with the best health care I have ever received! When I needed anything leading up to and after my lumbar spinal surgery, Dr. Levin's team was always urgently responsive, and exceptionally patient with me when I was in pain. Dr. Levin is not only an incredibly talented doctor and surgeon, but he is also one of the most compassionate people I've met. I highly recommend Dr. Levin!
This was my last visit yesterday with Dr. Levin after surgery a year ago. He is a talented surgeon and a nice person. He really cares about his patients. I have never in the last 4 years had to wait a long time to see him. He is the best in his field.
Excellent care/bedside manner
Dr. Levin is amazing. He takes his time during each appointment. You never feel rushed. He is extremely attentive and knowledgeable. I had a chronic back issue and he said "we will figure this out" and he did. Highly recommend.
Dr.Levin was fantastic! He explained everything thoroughly regarding the options I have for my back. I was not just a number as a patient. I didn't feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend him... The office is very well run and very efficient !
I have had 4 successful surgeries with Dr. Levin. I trust him and value his expertise on spinal problems. He really wants to help you and I really felt cared for by him. He has a wonderful personality and he really listens to you. I never had a problem at the front desk in Germantown. Everyone is kind and nice. If you have a back problem Dr. Levin is the doctor you want. Trust me, he knows w and gives you options.
Nice doctor, good bedside manner, way too many patients. He couldn't distinguish a traumatic injury like mine with no prior back injuries and a person who gradually develops back/leg pain. It was obvious from the beginning that this injury required surgery to remove a ruptured disc impinging femoral nerve causing extreme pain down left leg. He went with the conservative approach of oral steroids, PT and an epidural while I couldn't even walk without crutches. Dr. Levin spends time listening to you and what your concerns are. I am a previous spine(lumbar) surgery patient(different practice) when I saw Dr. Levin for neck/arm pain. It was determined through appropriate testing and examination that I needed a three-level cervical spine fusion. I had gone through the conservative measures and when my MRI showed spinal cord compression, it was clear what was needed. Dr Levin is wonderful but the office staff is terrible. The surgery scheduler doesn’t answer calls, and voicemails and emails aren’t returned. Reaching her is nearly impossible. When I finally had my procedure scheduled, the office failed to send the appropriate documentation to my insurance company, so I showed up for at the surgical center at 0730 and THEN they informed me it couldn’t be done! How is that OK?
