Lousy service. Over cooked food. Took over an hour to get the over cooked food and had to speak to the manager several times.
My husband and I took our children for here for the first time, first off my shoes kept sticking to the floor, the tile and carpet, that's gross, the food was OK, took over an hour to get it, I ordered a mudslide it tasted like a milkshake, when I asked for a shot of Kahlua, I was told they couldn't do that, but could re make my drink, it tasted worse, when we finally got to the game center, kids ate pushing you, pushing my little one, when your trying to play a game kids are climbing on the game your playing, we even had on... read more
The female staff was excellent I’m not into guys but the guys were cool.
It was a Saturday night so the food taking over an hr wasn't that big of a deal to me but... I took an over an he to get one appetizer... Then when the food came out we got a Philly cheese steak without meat. Most of the orders that came to our table weren't accomondated with the sides ordered with them... It was just a mess. Service was terribe. We went there to celebrate my sister bday. My brother waited 2 hours to get his food. And my mother and I never received ours. We never receive refills and our waitress never check on us. We had to ask other people that work their for utensils and napkins and refill. They also over charge us for orders we did not place. Im really disappoint in the Jacksonville Dave and buster. Never again will we go to this location. ~zero stars~
Food was cold! Service was horrible! Waitress kept stating that the cooks are "retards". I had to Yell at her and ask her to stop using that word.
Food took over an hour to come out. Ordered 2 food and play meals only one card was activated. Then they refunded our 31 dollar order and charged my card over 80 dollars.
Me and my boyfriend went on Sunday to watch the football games in their sports area as we always do and they had 2 parties that rented the whole section, so we had to find a place at the bar to sit, which was under staffed as well as the kitchen (not the first time the kitchen is under staffed it is always under staffed) had to wait 1hr for our order. They know the place gets busy I don't understand why they do not have more people working.
Had a great day today at Dave & Busters! While it took over an hour to get our food, once our first order was accidentally given to another table, a manager quickly corrected the problem and refunded us $50 � then our son won two stuffed animals playing one of the games. However, the fun didn't end there as my son was able to purchase a Lama (his spirit animal) in your gift shop. He was thrilled!!
