Went there this past Sunday with my fiancé, son, and daughter. We had dinner, then played games. Our table was dirty and sticky. Even the floor in the dining area was sticky. My flip flop actually got stuck. We ordered an appetizer, it never came out. My sons Mac n cheese had a hair in it. I had the Nashville chicken, it was dry and gross. The waitress was very slow when we got ready to pay and leave my husband gave her his credit card for the bill she left and took 16 minutes to come back to the table with the card we had to find another waitress to find her she was waiting on another table with our credit card in her pocket when she saw us looking for her she handed us the card and left. the food was good the drinks are very pricey 5.99 for one beer will not go back
The place was huge. Maybe to big. The food was ok but not for the money that they charged me. The portion size was also quite small. The games are good but I played one for literally a minute and it was over...I was no happy! I feel I wasted my time and $35 of my money for just me. I will not return again. I went I tried it and I’m done.
Me and my family love Dave and Busters. We come down from Ga. The food is great and I love the mix drinks. There is two in Atlanta but we enjoy here in JAX

Was terrible we had a party , you never give a table to my birthday friend they reserved and then you said dont worry when you come u have your table that not happen. Terrible service The restrooms smell bad. :(
Rock n sock em robot is broken, and they know it and it took money. You tell someone something is wrong, they just agree. I had two dressings on my salad. One on the side and one on the lettuce that I did not ask for. Soggy and gross, nobody cared. A cool one hundred dropped. For not so great experience
Until someone stole my wallet... Then they said no one turned it in really. And told me they couldn't look at the cameras to see if a certain individual took it. I will never be going back... I'm mad as hell!!!!!!!!!!
This was my first experience at a Dave and Busters and will most definitely be my last. We tried to reserve a table for a party and received no email or call back. Our waitress and the manager on staff this evening were extremely rude and terrible customer service. Will not be recommending this to anyone.
