Dave & Buster’s has best food I love and best arcade video games I love to play! ����� I love this place! It’s an awesome arcade place in Jacksonville! and playing video games is officially my life! I had birthday parties there too!
I have always like dave and busters but when you give me a dirty plate with food on it and then you just discount my bill. That is so nasty i took pictures and gonna look into this. Everytime i think about it my stomach gets upset. To think me and my daughters and grandbabies ate off that plate
We waited almost 20 minutes before a server came. When he arrived we placed both food and drink orders. 10 minutes later another server came and took our order again because his handwriting was not legible. When the food arrived it was cold and wrong. Our meal was re cooked and came out almost an hour later and it was warm. At that point we ate it because we were starving. The front counter said sit where you may but had to finally ask for a server, must be a disconnect in that respect. Or was it because it was Tuesday night. Who knows. I guess we should sit at the bar next time and order food and then move to a table. lol
Probably the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. The place was filthy with trash spilling out of the cans and on to the floor. Light fixtures and many games were in disrepair. The place was a zoo. They clearly do not enforce their stated rules of having young children be with a supervised adult because kids of all ages were running around causing havoc. They were very busy that night and it took us almost 2 hours to be seated which would have been fine since we were playing games aside from the above mention... read more
After a two hour wait for a table we at least expected decent service. For a Saturday night the kitchen being backed up is understandable, but the wait time was still too long for the appetizer. We didn’t get any refills until we asked another waitress for assistance. Our food was barely warm and we expected better for the price. We will go back for the games, but definitely not the restaurant.
The service was HORRIBLE! It took over 30 minutes to take a drink order. Then like another hour just trying receive our food which we put in with the drink orders 🤦🏽♀️ the kids food came out way before our food which I have no problem with. The problem comes when the kids are done with their food, hyper and asking to go play games but you still haven’t received your food. Worst experience ever. Super fun, but the food service left a lot to be desired.
Food and service were terrible . Table , silverware and napkin were filthy . Most of the games mess your card up and take funds off without letting you play the games
