I know it's a busy place. The staff had too many tables to wait on, so it took a while to get our order. No napkins or forks. We were almost finished with our food before we got the napkins. Some of the games were stopping and when my kids went to get there prizes they got the cups with the straw wrapped around it and there were spiders in them.
I didn’t play games others in the group did. I enjoyed the food and beautiful ambience�
Fun place had a great time my only complaint was waiting on a table to eat but will come back my grandkids loved it
Bar service was good and quick. Games and alcohol always a blast.
WE had such a good time and the food was very good. Kids had a ball.
I was there last night with my kids. We did the power hour, where you get to play games that light up blue for an HR for $10 a piece. Not a bad deal, but my kids wanted to ear points to get prizes. After we played, we sat at the dinning area for dinner. The service was so slow. My daughter wanted a frozen kids drink with gummies in it. It took 30 minutes to get I from the bar. I thought it would be more adult oriented but it basically a bar/restaurant where people can drink and let their kids run wild without supervision! Will not be back. We were seated in a booth right outside the kitchen area and every time a server came out the swinging door slammed into the back of our booth ! Our server came to our table three times the entire visit. Once to take our order,then to deliver our food and to pick up the check.
We had a wonderful experience. Our server is outstanding. Great food at a reasonable price. Managers were great. We'll be back.
Service extremely slow for so many open tables. Food was ok. It took 30 minutes to get food and there was only 2 other tables present
