Games are the best part for the kids! If it weren’t for them and the precious waitress at the FCFS area around the bar that helped us so much and prevented us from another 2 hr wait, we would have left. We come this time every year for a competiti N and the girls always want one night at D&B but bad info given when we came to put our name on the waitlist almost cost them a 21 person party and game night! I came for lunch and games with my daughter yesterday. Although it was very busy our server Alexis was a tremendous delight. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself I can understand the frustration that can take over with all of the tables you have to serve. Alexis was very attentive, polite, and kept a glowing smile on her face the entire time. She was great!
Love the game area but the food was beyond horrible. I will never ever eat from here again!!!
We went here for my fiancé’s birthday and took our 4 children. The place seemed fairly busy but the gaming area didn’t have waiting lines. We vowed to play games first and then eat. There was a bit of a delay when we were waiting on our food. I’m pretty sure the two private parties that were going on contributed to that. The happy hour drink specials were very reasonable. The game area is the best thing ever the food was Cold and the drinks was weak but it was good for the kids
I was upset about rockum sockum robots but other games were fine food came out fast had a great time since I haven't been in over 5 years
Games and drinks were awesome! Did the $10 power hour and had a blast! Will not go back for the food!! Food was terrible, service was terrible, and it took forever! Will definitely go back for drinks nd games and then will go somewhere else for dinner.
On Saturday 3/24/2018 our company held an "Employee Appreciation" event at Dave and Busters. We spoke with Mauro and set everything up with him, we spoke at least 5 times in regards to the services and menu Items we would be receiving that day. Come the day of the event, a few of the menu Items Mauro and I discussed would be provided- Weren't. Instead, we had to battle to get the items that we had already paid for.
