First time visiting this location. We had a good time despite the poor service, and food. Personally the food wasn’t worth the price. It was clean and the other staff was very nice and helpful. Some of the games were not working and the readers had a hard time reading the game cards.
Brought a group in as we weee there for a tourney. Game room was a hit. Food was less than so so. Waiter did not pay attention to orders. I ordered the I think southern philly burger to be complete with all toppings. Received a burger with philly steak so salty it was less than edible. And no toppings. Plain Jane so to speak. My daughter graduated college and had a family dinner and couple drinks and shots.. At first our waiter wasn’t real thrilled with all of us (10) everything we ordered was either out , couldn’t find the right cups had to get manager, poor guy Chris! But eventually it all worked out. Great food too. When girls wants their pretty cups with umbrellas you better have them in stock !
Me and my girlfriend went for our 3 year anniversary and had great drinks and plate awesome games!! First time at a Dave and Busters!!! Very impressed!!!!
Visited Jacksonville, FL location on Friday, June 15th, party of five to celebrate TWO birthdays. Go to hostess stand and even though there were tables AND booths avail we were told it was a 30-35 min wait. Didn’t make sense but whatever. We agreed, gave the hostess our name and went to play a few games (we had two kids with us). We get paged that our table is ready. Over priced a bit but fun.
Dave & Buster’s is always a fun time!! The adult beverages are a bit overpriced and the food is average. But it’s still fun to be a grownup and play like a kid!!
Not that impressed . Food was fast food quality. Service was ok No lines for the games.
