The game area is what saves you. Because the dinning experience was horrible. Waited 50 minutes for our food. 20 minutes of that was because the server didn't show up after we sat. I tried to ask another server to help us but she seemed none to happy to help. To the point that I said never mind if our sever ever shows up we'll deal with her. It was our first time at D&B hoping for fun family night out. We went early to try and bet the Saturday night crowds but still waited hour and a half for a table, slow slow service, over 50 dollars for 3 of us and it was half cooked and cold. The game room became very over run and games that did not work and many young kids running around unmanaged. In the dining area the service was slow, but what do you expect when people are extremely undertipping the servers! There was one 8 top that tipped $4! I walked up to the server and apologized for them. Her response was that it happens all night! Don't go if you expect great service, because you won't get It! But I understand. Eat snack before you get there, because it's gonna take a while for the food to get there.And have your patience in check because some of the people that work there are very rude. It is what it is.
Usually this is a really fun place. However, it is being overrun by kids who are NOT being monitored by parents. Games are being broken, kids are running around everywhere pushing people, and Dave & Buster’s is squeezing as many people in the doors as possible; going over max capacity. First off, take your kids to chuckee cheese or adventure landing if they’re that young, and they definitely don’t need to be hanging out at the bar. This is an adult arcade with a bar, not a daycare!!!!

Went last night with the kids and one of them got the drink with the light Cube. When the girl brought the drink it had no light Cube. Got an appetizer that had chicken quesadillas loaded with jalapenos and Edward was very nice about switching it out for us with no jalapenos for the kids. Hubby and I enjoyed our outing there the serviuce that we had were great. The environment was nice the food and drinks were enjoyable. I would recommend family and friends to attend if ever in the area.
