Waited 45 mins to be seated another 30 mins to flag the waitress to order and another 2 hours for cold food no manager came to apologize or tell us why the wait was so long. People were seated after us and got their food before us, Very poor execution and customer service.
1 hour for appetizers to come out. 30 minutes for mixed drink that tasted like pure syrup, music blaring do loud in parking lot I couldn't talk with friends until we entered building, only 1 cashier working at 430pm during a holiday and Wednesday half price day, trash cans overflowing in parking lot, bathrooms, midway, bathrooms had no toilet paper and soap was out. This place is disgusting and food is horrible. First and last visit. Drove 2 hours for complete disappointment.
Poorly managed. Staff does not know how to handle unruly customers and it ruins the experience for everyone
Christmas with family for food and games again. Always fun will do it again.
We went to D&B for a children's birthday and had a great time! The food and service were good and the kids had a blast playing the games.
Went there for lunch with six co-workers. The appetizer was a bit slow but the food came quickly. The manager came by to apologize for late service and it was appreciated. The food was tasty. I liked the fact that they updated it and it is a nice ambiance. I will be going back with my family to enjoy and play some really awesome games. The other area if improvement would be to better mark or explain the difference between what you use for playing versus what you won when you beat the game when you get the game cards.
Had a Christmas Party in the dining area. Service and food were great!
The food was passable bar food but the service was less than stellar. Our waiter was very friendly and seemed to be doing his best but our appetizer was taken by a different waiter and given to someone else. One very annoying thing was that the menu says “beers on tap or in bottles” but doesn’t tell you which beers are which and the waiter didn’t know. That’s just lazy.
Horrible service got the bang bang chicken was soupy. The server only came to our table once
