Everything was good we waited a long time for food but it's was busy just needed to have more server there to help out so it can go fast but we had a blast n the food was wonderful.
The gaming room is awesome. Service sucks. Sat on a table for 10 minutes to order food, no waiter stopped by. We didnt seem to be drinking customers, that's why.
Our waiter was from The Ukraine and was so nice. Great service and great food! We had so much fun playing games with our son. Great time! We may be back in October for my son's 11th birthday.
Always great food. Love the atmosphere and the games!! We were in yesterday and even though they were busy we got sat right away. Server Kenny was on top of his tables and took care of us! We even had the manager stop by and ask how everything was, love that in a restaurant!!
food was good, service was slow, and had trouble using the game cards,
Bartender Matthew is always attentive and amazingly nice. Bathrooms did need up keep and one of the big screens has been out for a few days.
We went at 4 thinking that it'd be a little less crazy. We still had to wait 45 minutes for a table. They took our phone number but we didn't have great reception in there, this in inefficient in my opinion since lots of people have different cell services. About half the games the card readers didn't work well in or the games took your money and you'd have to find someone. Took forever to get our food AFTER waiting 2 hours to be seated and forgotten by the manager, do not go if you have a large party.
Love that the whole family shared a great meal and got to play fun games together. The 4 person air hockey was really cool!!!
