Was not a great experience. We had a large party and you expect to wait, but we waited over an hour to just get out checks to pay and leave. Waitress in the weeds and asked manager for help and nothing.
We love going here, but this is the second time we have eaten there and had our food and appetizers come out the same exact time. With no apologies from the staff. We were there last night and no manager came over to even ask us how our meal was. I had to ask for silverware ask for plates. I hate being rushed it's rude we can't enjoy our appetizers and then I complained to the food runner..he said well do you want us to bring it back and hold the food?no! Then our food isn't really fresh.
Way to expensive, couldn't even get anything with 352 tickets after spending over $50.
We are here visiting my brother and we had never been here before. We were not disappointed! Great food and great service! We had a great time!
Place is little expensive: make sure you bring your whole paycheck when you go because you will need it.
The games are fun and entertaining. The service is horrendous. If you like waiting an hour and a half for your food, an additional 30 minutes for your checks, and everything you ask for to be wrong then this isn't the place for you; and when it's crowded you can forget getting a turn on most of the games wether you were in a line or not.
OUR WAITER WAS A EXCHANGED STUDENT NAME NIMA. WE ENJOYED OUR WAITER AND HE GAVE US GOOD SERIVCE. WE GAVE HIM A BIG TIP.
30 minute wait to get a table... pretty good! Games and such were fun, but the service, not so much. I had 2 beers at the table and had to go get both of them from the bar because our server was so slow (or non-existent). Party of 4 and only 3 meals came out. It's like they totally forgot to cook my meal and brought it out as everyone else was finishing their meal. Next time we will eat somewhere else and then go play games.
Service horrible! Came in last Saturday night around 10pm for a Mother-Daughter night out and asked for a table up front because we wanted to avoid the crowd and noise in the gaming area. Surprised that we were told it would be a 30 mins wait despite most of the tables being empty. Decided it would be worth the wait so we waited.
