Yesterday was the best experience I've ever had at Dave and busters! The bartenders were attentive and so polite the entire time. I'm definitely impressed with the service. Food was good as always.
It was the slowest service and the food was terrible. It took a hour from time we ordered till the food arrived and the waitress stopped by once in that hour to check on us. The food might as well been frozen food out of a box it was nasty. I might have understud if it was real busy but it was not.
5 stars for the food but would give the service more of a 3. Not sure if it was just a bad day being fathers day and they were busy or what. We will be back though!
The service was slow slow slow then you had to deal with really rude bartenders !!! The game room was the best part of going ! Definitely need to do something about sorry customer service !
The service is slow. A lot of the games didn't work properly. Next time I want to go to dave and busters I'll go to one in Atlanta the Jacksonville dave and busters isn't a good representation of the dave and busters chain.
Me and my husband loves going to Dave and Busters their food is awesome and their drinks are always good

Horrible service when it came to the bar and food aspect of the place. Bartenders were rude and extremely slow. At the time we were in there, it was not very crowded and it should not take more than 5 minutes to even get acknowledged. I do not ever complain like but I am very disappointed with the service as we have enjoyed coming here in the past.
Here once before and decent(maybe a 3.5). This time service was so bad we never ate. Seated us 10 minutes after they said they would (not too bad actually) but on way to table the hostess stopped and started comparing her hair with another staff member. After 15 minutes of sitting there with no one ever recognizing us we left. That shouldn't happen anywhere but when you sit there and think about how sticky the floor was and how dirty the table is you start too think the food won't be so good!!
