It was a nice outing for us and we will return one day.
The atmosphere is great. The kids always have a good time and never ready to leave. Only if we had one in Tallahassee.
Arcade and bar were the only good things about this place! The food I ordered was frozen literally!! The manager comes our and offers to remake it but took 45 minutes to do so. My family had already completed their meal. To top it off I was asked to pay full price for food I didn't receive! Will definitely be filing a BBB complaint! Beware eating from here!
Brought the family for the first time yesterday and will not be coming back. Salmon was over-salted, two of the beers on the menu were unavailable and the games are programmed to play for the shortest possible time.
Not what it used to be...food over salted,drinks got smaller and hardly taste the alcohol. .dissapointed. .food was bad, did not enjoy. ..we will not be back..Sad because we were celebrating my son graduating from 1st grade,and he was so happy and exited to go have dinner and play ...he didn't even eat his meal..our tater tots were not cooked all the way. .never again. ..
Not what it used to be ... silly games and below average food!
I can't describe the service, because there was none. My wife and I came in for lunch, waited at the hostess stand. No-one came, so we assumed it was seat yourself. Had a server walk past and ignore us several times. We watched and saw several groups go to the stand. Someone managed to appear and seat the groups each time. Went back to the stand and was ignored some more. Stopped a guy who came out of the kitchen who looked like a manager (best and tie); asked for a server. He said he's send one out. My kids had a great time playing on the games. It's's a bit expensive, espresso when your feeding a family of five. The food and drinks were great and they give you a good size portion for your money.
We're there half an hour to eat. Never acknowledge. Wait staff just walked by and it was like we were not there. My husband found someone and said something to him. We waited a few more minutes after he stated he would get someone to take out orders. A waitress walked by. Asked the table next to us if they needed help then walked away. We left. Will not be back. Pity because I have a gift card that is now useless to me.
