Only reason I go to Dave & Buster's is because I hate Chuck E. Cheese. But every time I go there's ALWAYS an issue with this place. This is our 3rd time and thought maybe this time will be different. Nope! It always has something to do with food or service. This time it was both. Spending over $100 bucks it's just not worth it. Might have to breakdown and just try Chuck E. Cheese again...

I'm VERY disappointed in the Dave & Buster's in Jacksonville, FL! THEY SUCK! I'd thought that it'd be a fun Family night for my husband & I to take our daughter, that we hadn't seen for 3 years because she's in the Navy; along with our other 2 adult kids & our 4 year old grand daughter for dinner & some arcade games, afterwards. Totally loved it. Spent 4 hours in there had a blast the server was great. Games for every age in there. Cant wait to go back
I've been to Dave & Busters several times and it was so fun. I've discovered yesterday 7/15/17, that they have enlarged their gaming area and upgraded the menus. The service was awesome and the food was prompt and delicious!! We will be celebrating more family activities here real soon. Thanks Dave and Busters for being one in a million who gets it right all the way around!
Excellent service from Melinda, our server. The food was delicious, though I did get sick. Could have been just me, though, because my husband and I both shared our meals, and he was perfectly fine... Games are fun. Pricey, for sure. For kids, Chuck E Cheese is a much better deal, tbh... But my husband and I will definitely be back for date night sans kids!
Good times! Co-workers met for a drink. Service was fantastic. The staff was very accommodating! My new end of week spot.
Food was good but our server Alex was rude and needs more training on how to be a server. He did not know the menu and could not answer many of our simple questions. He kept removing our plates before we would finish eating, asking us to remove the fry container so he could clear the plate under it. Very rude. It was not a pleasant dining experience. Thankfully the food was good and made up for it.
