Always a great way to spend a birthday

Extremely poor service. Waited 25 minutes just to get someone to come to the table and order our drinks and food. 45 mins later, our waitress returns with our drinks. The manager on duty yesterday was completely absent minded. The food was a solid 4/5. Drinks 4/5. The games were awesome. 5/5. Don't recommend eating there 1/5. Eat before and then go. Trust me, your time and your wallet will both thank you. Plus, you'll be able to have more time to play.
I had my daughters 13th birthday there. We did not book a party, just showed up with our cake and sat in the dinning area. Did not take long to be seated. Waitress was friendly, just took a little to long to get our food. We had to constantly call the Waitress over, she did not stop by to top off drinks unless we called her over. For the cost of food and game cards, we should have just booked a party. Will probably be back.

I had fun but it was a bit irritating that my card kept saying unable to load your card at this time . Id say it happened about 20 times or maybe more. After a while it had me wondering if it was deducting my tokens still. As my son as his friend said theres kept doing it too. But not as often as mine.
Was there for my nephews birthday. Had a good time & so did the kids especially!!! Great food too!!!! :-)
