It was the worst they made me a drink in a dirty glass I had to let them know that the glass was dirty the only thing good about this place was games glad I ate before I got there
Lack of attention from the waiters and cleaning, the games do not work well.
Overall the place was clean and nice. Service sucked they take forever even with the place being empty. Had to return a drink cause the Baileys was expired and clumpy. Food was good.
Awesome friendly service all night and food was great
First off, some cons. There was no host. We waited for 5 mins before I grabbed someone to get us seated. Feels like there was a total lack of communication amongst the staff as to who seats the customers. Secondly, the food took forever to come out. This hasn’t changed since my first time coming to D&B. We had the bang bang chicken and it wasn't good. The chicken tasted old and reheated. It was either reheated by refrying it again or microwaving it, but it didn't taste fresh. We spent too much money for the food to not be that great.
This was our first time at Dave & Buster's (Duluth). The Manager, Devon Kelly was Amazing! He made sure my son enjoyed his 8th Birthday Emoji Party! He had everything ready upon our arrival and did not leave before assuring we were completely satisfied. Thank you for Award winning customer service & satisfaction! We'll definitely be back!
Food was ok drinks were ok service SUCKED except for the bartender Marie she’s awesome!!!
Took the food too long. Could not buy an alcoholic beverage be cause I forgot my identification. Guess that is on me but common sense would tell you with all my gray hair I am old enough. Cool though. Waitress loss a big tip on but I still manage to get my drink on. Lol. Grandchildren had a great time.
