Whatever you do, do not play pool at this location. Service desk personnel did not even bother to tell me which table or what number I was and proceeded to overcharge me because they put my ID in the wrong placeholder. Then they proceeded to say " we have been having an issue cashing people out because they did not pay attention to what we told them". Considering no instructions were given besides " pick up this rack, give me your ID, we charge $14.99 an hour ". If you don't like customer service, find something else to do.
I agree with most service isn't good and it takes people forever to get you what you need... my kids had fun but the adults waited around forever just to get drinks and apps at the bar
My Waitress was Very pleasant and was Very patient with me trying to decide what I wanted. The Food was in my opinion Pleasing and Satisfying�

Food was okay. Server was horrible! Both my husband and I ran out of drinks. She never came back to check on us or refill drinks. I had to get up and find her to get my check and to go box. Server was on the phone. We were the only table in the resturant! Will not go back!
It'll pass. Service could have been a little better. Waitress didn't know to much about the food and drinks (cocktail). Or maybe she felt uneasy because we weren't her skin tone. Anyway the kids had a Blast.
If you have coupons they don't accept them ! They find every excuse so you can't use the retail be not coupon . The cashiers don't know what their doing and have to call the managers for everything .
