I heard this place has Nazi mask police working there! They are rude to customers if the mask has slipped and then have their mask off their nose. My friend encountered this person and after a discussion disagreeing their kids got less prizes than they should have. I won't come here.

Rude arcade shop worker . Overly enthusiastic mask policy. I was there just before closing and the place was almost empty . My husband and I were off to the side with our masks down below our noses with no one is sight . My kids were looking at cashing in their tickets inside the store area. We were outside of it. We were having a great time and some lady who works there came up to my 18 year old daughter and was incredibly rude. I have always recommend this place until this lady was nasty and rude to my daughter. The server was excellent. They need to have better customer service or keep loosing long time customers who just spent $200 in their establishment.
