I enjoyed my experience the food was great the kids and everyone enjoyed themselves
my daughter by an accident spelled her � grape chill and our server was very nice to offer to bring her another one, thank you DeMichia � excellent service as well very fast
Service is awful here, I’ve been 4 times and that never changes. However, the games are a lot of fun. The food is always pretty good. I’ve had one terrible experience, and a few mediocre. It’s pretty much a grown up chunky cheese, so to expect much more is asking too much. I would suggest they train staff better, though. Three stars is generous, imo.
Hostess was very pleasant for the dinning room. But we decide to eat in the game room because of our son. The service was okay every one was pleasant. But very hard to fine them for service or to check out. Also was shocked to see employees eating while waiting tables. I thought that was unprofessional. And the food, we order the party appetizer the chicken quesadilla tasted like it sat all day. The bathrooms are filthy!! This was my second time going and both times they were dirty!! When i tell you i almost vomited at the smell i am not exaggerating!!
It took about 20 minutes to be greeted by a waitress. Ordered an appetizer sampler that was not hot and the tater tots had hair in them. 😡 we also asked a member of the staff how much something was and he shrugged his shoulders and continued to walk away...
Muy bonito lugar
This place has staff don’t understand their policy (as the policy is wrong that they have posted they have it worded incorrectly). When you call them out on it, they want to give you attitude about it. The area manager even asked the customer if he wanted to step outside when the customer was just telling him to drop his attitude. Manager refused to give his name. This was the first and last time I will ever be at this place. The employees there are not professional at all.
We were traveling from out of town and were so disappointed there was no bowling alley at this location. � Food was not fabulous. Game area looked like fun but hindsight 20/20, we could have found better food closer to the bowling alley we ended up finding.
