Server had no customer service skills, we ate our appetizer, meal and dessert while no plates weren’t removed. Never greeted us, gave us her name nor asked if we needed anything.
We Had Fun Yesterday When We Ordered Food I Wish We Was Sitting In A Booth And Not The High Chairs & Table The Strawberry Daiquiri Was Awesome The Server She Was Nice But She Was No Where To Be Found At Times When We Needed Her Help But We Had An Awesome Time Thank You!
Attended my son's middle school basketball banquet here. They had it to cold so I could not enjoy myself, and the food was cold, and unseasoned. It wasn't very good at all. The kids did have fun in the game area. So there was at least one good thing about the experience.

I went there to have fun with my mother and my son. Mission accomplished. As long as the three of us left there with a smile and good memories, I was happy.
Poooooor customer service food was alright but it took over an hour for it to come out and then the place wasn’t that crowded.....did I mentioned the customer service awful.
I only gave one star because zero wasn’t an option. Myself and 13 other of my coworkers reserved a room here to eat and play while in town for a conference. We were given one new server for our party of 13, it took literally an hour and 45 minutes to get our food, and even then we had to get a manager to make that happen! Most orders were not correct, but we just went with it at that point because we were starving. It was a great experience! It was the first time I had been there as our church was holding an event. Working in this industry before, it can get busy with big groups. Dave and Busters staff did a great job at our table, and they were really friendly! Great selections on games and family friendly atmosphere for sure ! Food was excellent! Thank you for your service!
Terrible service. Waited 30 minutes for somebody to clean off a table. Nobody would come clean it off..... said something to about 4 different people.... nothing was done. 1 server we had asked about 3 or 4 times to clean it off said it wasn’t his problem it was he server of that table. Asked who that was.... he didn’t know. Same server we asked about 3 or 4 times was then leaning up against a wall just sitting there so I asked again.
