Shrimp was dry, onion rings very greasy, steak was bland and the service was terrible.
The food and the arcade were great but the service was horrible. Only one bartender in the arcade and she was swamped. The other bar area had had 3 people standing around doing nothing and the bartender was waiting tables. Took 15 minutes to get drinks and there were barely 75 people in the building.
By far the worst service I have ever had!! Took my son there for his birthday and we are then played in the arcade. Service at the table was awful. We had to wave down waitress for every thing we needed because she would never come check on us. They weren't busy at all maybe 5 other table with customers. Many waitresses standing around talking and being rude when I would finally get their attention for something. Then we go to the bar to order some soft drinks for the kids and no one will wait on us. The games are fine. But the service for food is pretty poor. The waiter was nice but only when we got his attention, the bar area was dirty. They seem understaffed and the food was just okay. The drinks tasted good but only seemed to have a splash of alcohol in them . At 10$ a drink I expected more liquor. I didn't get my beer until my food came out which was disappointing , I wanted it BEFORE while I waited for food. Much like just about every other review here I can agree the service here is outright horrible. I don't think I ever been to a establishment with a staff this inattentive. I always enjoyed Dave & Busters but this location went horribly downhill. I'll wait for the Alpharetta location to open. If any corporate employees read these reviews, take my word and shut this place down as it is ruining the image of your brand.
I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy to come here. Enjoy having your car broken into, disgusting food, and the mall cop on duty inside enjoying his free meal oblivious to everything going on. Good luck.
Great service, we loved it so very much. They honored our non-profit and all of the kids involved!
