Kids loved playing the games but after 3 hours we never got a table to have dinner to celebrate my nieces birthday. Very disappointing.

The food was great, service was mediocre as there was not enough staff at bar. Was disappointed there were kids everywhere after 9pm. There was a baby with parents sitting on the bar top. Thought that was illegal but management seemed to ignore. Place was pretty dirty, needs a good deep cleaning. Wont be going back!
If your employees don't act like they want to be there maybe they shouldn't be employed there anymore. Took us over an hour to get appetizers and forget about drink refills, waitress never came by to check on us we had to flag down staff to help us. At the bar the girl was RIGHT in front of us making other drinks and wouldn't acknowledge us or take our drink orders for a good 10 minutes. My nieces and nephews all recommended 5stars. We went on 3/17 around 4PM. From an adult perspective the bar tenders upfront is much better than the one on the floor.
By far the worst experience I have ever had at any establishment!!! Which is a shame, since we took our kids to have a good time for our oldest sons birthday!
The place is just awesome. Some of the machine to buy a card were broke. The service was awesome as well.

Just had our 3rd annual wrestling banquet here at Dave & Buster's. Our servers, Cam & Kiana, could not have done a better job with all of our rowdy kids!! Also, we only had our room booked until 9pm (won't do that again), but they let us stay and hang out actually until last call. If we're still welcome next year, we will absolutely be back, as Dave & Buster's makes a great, fun venue for people of all ages!!! Thanks for the great job everyone!!!!
