Very unpleasant experience. Bathrooms were filthy, prize store wasn't labeled correctly and items were out of place, a lot of the games were out of order, and the staff was not friendly.

The prize corner was very expensive. The lady there was very rude. We were trying to get a VINYL DRAWSTRING BAG. The tag said vinyl bag and it was 325. I had enough so I went to buy it. She said I didn't have enough because I had 370 and I needed 55 more. We showed her the tag and she said it was named wrong- yet there were 2 pegs full named Vinyl bag. She was rude and said that it was wrong and she was in the middle of changing them, yet she was stocking the walls with cups and mugs... I hated the service but the games were... read more
My daughter had her 13th birthday and all she wanted was to go to the Duluth D&B. It was a terrible day for her. Rude employee running the ticket exchange counter. Wouldn't fix a mistake she admittedly did. Was nasty to my wife. Wouldn't get a manager to resolve the issue. 2 of the games took her credits and didn't give her a play. It was a terrible experience. I use to have business meetings there and gave them plenty of revenue. I am rethinking where we will have such meetings in the future.
After standing at a table for 30 min. waiting on someone to come and clean it off. We was able to sit down. We was seated for about another 30 min. Then I got up and went and founded a server to help us out. We had to place drink orders 3 times because they were out of everything!!
Everyone was amazing service was great Margarita was our server and we loved her also food was real good games were good one machine didn't work and they gave us credit and also gave us the prize we were trying to win we will be back!!

Service was horrible. The waiter took down the wrong order and decided to argue with the patron in our party.
