Nasty food, bad drinks! Service wasn't so bad, but after we order the food, it took forever to be ready and end up being the worst! But we aren't coming back to this location ever again! �

Horrible service server kept forgetting our order the drinks barely had liquor in them I paid for sweet mojito with no liquor besides being so expensive
Was at an almost empty restaurant and was ignored. Best part we had to flag down what turned out to be a manager to get our check because we had waited forever.... he had no clue who our server was???? I would have put 1 star but when we went to game area and got drinks at the bar.... Dee the bartender was aweaome!!!!! She was doing the work of 3 people and she got stuck having to work some tables too... only had 1 server in the bar area.... 4 in the restaurant that was dead.... maybe management could have sent someone to he... read more
Several machines took my tokens but have no game. A number of machines not working. Check-in was slow; could've used 2 cashier's.
Took my kids here for the first time Friday night they really enjoyed self our waitress the bomb my kids for got there jacket's once we paid for our food she put them at the bar for us she is an outstanding we will be back !!!!!
I loved it but the lady(girl) at the desk didn't ask if we needed help. We were at the counter looking at offers and menus and two other people asked if we had been helped. Having heard this, she still did nothing. The second person who asked helped us with what we needed.
My Philly steak sandwich had only a minimal amount of very shredded beef on it. Nothing like the picture. Appetizers were good drinks were fair atmosphere was good game time was good
Takes to long to serve you also on that note bartenders tends to throw out your drinks even if you let it unattended for more than a minute not a cool place to be
